Frank Burwen is a tradesman with a framing business who also leads commercial roofing crews across multiple states. He has managed complex projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Frank Burwen’s experience includes residential construction, large-scale commercial roofing, and operational leadership in physically demanding environments.

Over the years, Frank Burwen has developed a diverse skill set in construction and project execution. He began his career in residential framing and finish carpentry, eventually establishing his own company, Frank the Framer. In this role, he handled everything from blueprint interpretation and payroll to hiring, equipment procurement, and coordination with general contractors.

Before that, Mr. Burwen owned and operated Burwen Richard Construction, where he specialized in framing residential homes and condominiums. He developed a reputation for minimizing waste and maximizing value, understanding firsthand the financial impact of every decision made on a job site.

Between 2021 and 2025, he became a foreman at Water Tite Construction. In this position, he handled commercial roofing, TPO, coatings, flat roofing, and rubber. His leadership contributed to significant business growth, helping the company expand from under a million dollars in annual contracts to approximately $3 million.
